One of the best parts about being an AMAAB Travel Advisor is that we get to play a small part in witnessing our client’s vacations play out. We of course love to help plan the adventure (typically for several months prior) but finally getting to see our families have the BEST time on their vacation is priceless!
We’re taking this week to reflect and share about where our clients (who we lovingly call our AMAAB families) are heading for Spring Break.
Walt Disney World
Disney’s MAGIC sparked our journey to start A Mouse and a Beach, and for that we will always love helping our families plan trips to Walt Disney World in particular.
This Spring Break, many AMAAB families will enjoy the most magical place on earth! Skyliner perks come with some hotel stays and was a big factor for some families as they decided on Pop Century, Art of Animation, or Caribbean Beach Resort for their Spring Break getaway. Other clients are saluting the Disney classics and immersing in larger than life theming at All-Star Movies! Still other AMAAB families chose to bask in the romance and beautiful blends Hispanic cultures at Coronado Springs, while additional clients wanted to enjoy the island vibes and slower pace at Old Key West Resort. There is a perfect choice and Disney resort for every family.
Walt Disney World is home to four theme parks, two water parks, Disney Springs (an outdoor shopping and dining district), over 26 resorts, and more magic than you can imagine. Better yet? Booking a stay in 2025 will land your family a free visit to a Walt Disney World water park on check-in day.
Universal Orlando
Just across the way in Orlando is another AMAAB family favorite, Universal Orlando Resort. A few of our families will be letting their imaginations run wild with superheroes, minions, and the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, by enjoying their Spring Break at Universal, Islands of Adventure, and Volcano Bay.
If you love being immersed in stories and movies, or are on the hunt for incredible thrill rides, Universal is an excellent choice for you! Spring Break is also the time when Universal celebrates a family friendly Mardi Gras and guests will get to watch a parade, try flavorful festival dishes, and enjoy extra themed entertainment while visiting.
Universal Orlando has two theme parks, with their third park (EPIC Universe) opening in May 2025. They also have a fabulous water park and CityWalk (dining and entertainment district). Through the end of this month, you can get four days of parks for the price of two! Don’t forget that when you book a stay at a Signature Resort, you can get FREE Express Passes to skip the lines for attractions. Let an AMAAB Travel Advisor secure the best package for you.

Cruising
When you are looking for something a little more low-key and go with the flow, you may consider a cruise for your next vacation, an excellent option for a Spring Break trip. Cruises are a great way to enjoy an all inclusive experience, while visiting multiple locations, all without ever running out of things to do.
Royal Caribbean
A few of our families will be cruising with Royal Caribbean, on both the Voyager of the Seas and Royal's newest ship, Utopia of the Seas, over Spring Break.
The Perfect Day at CocoCay is always a fan favorite, which is on Royal Caribbean’s privately owned island in the Bahamas. With family-friendly and adult-only beaches, the largest freshwater pool in the Caribbean, and the tallest waterslide in North America, there is something for everyone to enjoy here. Another truly impressive feature of Royal Caribbean ships is how many onboard activities there are for every age group, from babies to grandma’s and papa’s.

Disney Cruise Line
Disney Cruise Line is a favorite, and quite a few of our families are going to enjoy either a 3-night cruise on Disney’s Wish or a 4-night cruise aboard Disney’s Fantasy for their Spring Break.
Our team was lucky enough to enjoy a cruise onboard Disney’s Fantasy a few weeks ago, and we are still reminiscing about all the fun we had. You don't have to be a kid to enjoy this kind of magic!

Margaritaville Resort Orlando
We are so excited for our families who have chosen to visit Margaritaville Resort Orlando over Spring Break. This island-inspired escape offers your family high-end accommodations, world class dining, and entertainment, with the most relaxing vibe you can find.
This resort is a vacation in itself, as it offers its own waterpark on property, and families can enjoy villas with more space for the family to spread out. Margaritaville is centrally located to Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, and SeaWorld Orlando, so you can visit the parks during the day, and then relax on island time in the evenings. This is a great option for larger groups who want to stay together!
Stays now through October 26, 2025 will get you FREE admission to the onsite Water Park every day during your visit.
Disneyland
To round it out, we can’t forget about our families traveling West, with a visit to Disneyland in California and staying at the Disneyland Hotel. There is something so magical about walking the same streets that Walt once did, and to visit the place where he saw his dreams first come true.
Disneyland is home to two theme parks, Disneyland and Disney California Adventure, and three resorts. It also has its own dining and entertainment district called Downtown Disney. We love the go with the flow feel at Disneyland and love that you can walk everywhere. It has a completely different feel than WDW, and is truly The HAPPIEST Place On Earth!

A big THANK YOU to our clients who have become family, and who allow us to be a part of their journey.
A Mouse and a Beach exists to give families the opportunity to adventure together without the hassle of the potential problems that traveling may cause. Our heart and mission is for your travel party to be fully present and to experience the trip of a lifetime. We love that our clients become lifelong friends. We are honored to be involved in the precious details of your planning, and are grateful for all of our clients, from the bottom of our hearts.
Cheers to an awesome Spring Break!
